This is a very nice neighborhood of small quaint condos, motels, homes and any shopping or convenience you might desire. You might enjoy walking and smelling the delightful aromas and sampling some of the delicious food in this area. This is not a hi-rise area, more like the old Lauderdale. This is for those people who want a little slower and quieter life or vacation style. There are several hi-rises, but for the most part it is for the quaint, smaller buildings. You will find some hidden ocean front hideaways that have wonderful views and food. Check it out!
